How to stay strong when your world is falling apart
Have your ever fails in any exam? Have you been fired from your dream job before? Have you ever lose your loved ones? Have you been cheated on by your partner? All these situations can trigger another dimension of stress and anxiety. Sometimes life is just hard and we may encounter situations where we feel like our world is ending. when we lose interest in anything, not able to sleep properly and just want to be alone. No matter how hard we try to let it go, throwbacks will haunt us. this is heartbreaking and make our soul feels powerless and everything starts to falls apart.
I will say, though, that all is not end. we can still find our ways to be motivated and make it better and yes, you are not alone in it we all feels the same way at different point of time but here are some ways which will help you to cope up with the situation:
Take a deep Breath:
Involve in some activity :
try to involve yourself in some activities which you like you can do some gardening, Mandala art, painting, reading books, play some games, listen some good music etc. do whatever you like and makes you happy.
Write your thoughts:
writing is a wonderful healer. this is a highly recommended stress-management tool. It can help reduce anxiety, lessen feelings of distress, and increase well-being.1 It's not just a simple technique; it's an enjoyable one as well.
Talk with a friend:
loneliness is toxic specially if you are already stressed. talking to a friend makes a significant difference in your mood since they are emotionally connected to us and understand us better.
Do some Yoga and exercise:
Yoga practice can help you stay calm and relaxed, and can also give you the strength to face events as they come without getting restless.
